Cutouts. Patterns. Stencils. Designs. I have quite a few "cut out" pieces in my closet. I find that they turn an ordinary piece of clothing to something with jump a bit more oomph, if anyone gets me. Though the two patters of the top and shorts are different, they both have the half-moon curve at the bottom and top which I think allows this outfit to work.
Added something strong to the outfit through the sandals. The metal and the black if you catch my drift.
